Job Description : Brand Manager About LOOSERS: LOOSERS is a dynamic digital marketing agency based in Gurugram, specializing in delivering impactful results through expertise in SEO, social media advertising, email marketing, and calling sales. We are a team of digital marketing strategists dedicated to bringing bold, innovative ideas to the forefront of every campaign. We partner with a diverse range of clients across various sectors, including BIM services (like BIM Services LLC and Drafting Buddies, and BIM AMERICAS) and e-commerce platforms for agricultural land (like 2 bigha). About the Role: LOOSERS is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Brand Manager with 7+ years of progressive brand management experience to lead brand strategy and execution for both LOOSERS and our valued clients. Reporting to the senior leadership, you will be instrumental in shaping and strengthening brand identities, increasing market presence, and driving brand loyalty across a diverse portfolio of businesses. This role requires a deep understand ding of the digital marketing landscape, a proven track record in developing and executing successful brand strategies tailored to different industries, and comprehensive knowledge of both Above the Line (ATL) and Below the Line (BTL) marketing approaches. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a proven ability to translate brand objectives into impactful marketing initiatives that resonate with diverse target audiences. You will work closely with our specialized teams (SEO, Social Media, Email Marketing, Calling Sales) to ensure brand consistency and maximize the effectiveness of all our marketing efforts for our clients, with a particular emphasis on leveraging platforms like LinkedIn for professional brand building and networking. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies and a portfolio of our clients, aligning with their unique business objectives and industry landscapes. Champion the brand identities and its clients internally and externally, ensuring consistent messaging, visual identity, and brand experience across all touchpoints and client deliverables. Conduct in-depth market research and analysis for various client industries to identify brand opportunities, understand competitor strategies, and identify target audience insights. Plan, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns for LOOSERS and clients, encompassing both ATL (e.g., broader advertising, public relations) and BTL (e.g., targeted digital marketing, direct mail, events, calling sales scripts) activities, adapting strategies to specific client needs. Strategically leverage LinkedIn for brand building, thought leadership, and professional networking for both LOOSERS and our clients, developing tailored content and engagement strategies for each. Collaborate closely with the SEO, Social Media Ads, Email Marketing, and Calling Sales teams to ensure brand strategy is integrated into their respective strategies and executions for all clients. Oversee the creation of compelling brand assets and marketing collateral that reflect the unique brand identity of each client, in line with LOOSERS' bold and innovative approach. Measure and analyze the performance of brand initiatives for LOOSERS and clients, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and demonstrate ROI for each. Manage brand budgets effectively, allocating resources strategically across various marketing channels for both internal and client projects. Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand visibility and credibility for LOOSERS and its clients. Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in brand management, digital marketing, ATL, and BTL marketing across various industries. Mentor and guide junior members of the marketing team as needed. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus. Minimum of 7+ years of experience in brand management, with a significant focus on developing and executing brand strategies for multiple brands, ideally within an agency setting. Demonstrated expertise in the digital marketing landscape, including a strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and performance marketing. Proven experience in planning and executing both ATL and BTL marketing campaigns across diverse industries. Expertise in leveraging LinkedIn for brand building, professional networking, and content distribution for various businesses. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, measure campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions for multiple clients. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate brand vision and strategy effectively to clients and internal teams. Strategic thinking with a creative and innovative mindset, comfortable bringing bold ideas to the table for different client needs. Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced agency environment.
