    uisition: Execute design prototypes across diverse digital and offline platforms to guarantee a seamless consumer journey across touchpoints, aiming for a set standard increase in consumer acquisition in a specifie

    e Metrics: Define the desired performance standards, determine cost and pricing structures, identify potential market applications, and estimate sales projections. Manage the marketing budget to drive sustainable bottom-li

    g Strategies: Design roadmap to translate marketing efforts into the execution of collaterals, events - online/offline, tie-ups with regional influencers, relationship-based engagement with community influencers etc. Create, propose, and adhere to marketing budget (ATL, BTL, Online, PR, etc.) to ensure effective optimization and efficient utilization of marketing investments

  • Reporting and

    data analysis: Study market trends and create a comprehensive report for marketing and branding metrics by analyzing key indicators such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), revenue growth, market share, and customer satisfaction. Regularly monitor these metrics and provide a strategic roadmap and action

Qualification

Graduate in marketing or a related field, Preferred MBA


Ideal Candidate

  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies in the hospitality/FMCG segment.
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns

  • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
