Job Description

Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that build brand equity, drive consumer engagement, and fuel business growth. You will be the custodian of the Alpino brand, responsible for managing the brand positioning, communication, new product development, and go-to-market strategies across all channels.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy & Positioning:

  • Define and execute the overall brand strategy aligned with the company’s vision and goals.
  • Own and evolve brand positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity across touchpoints.
  • Marketing Campaigns:

  • Plan and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns across digital, offline, influencer, and retail channels.
  • Collaborate with digital teams for performance marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media campaigns.
  • Product Launches & Innovation:

  • Partner with R&D and product teams to conceptualize, develop, and launch new products.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and consumer research to identify gaps and trends.
  • Consumer Insights & Market Research:

  • Leverage data, customer feedback, and market intelligence to drive brand and product decisions.
  • Conduct focus groups, surveys, and research to understand evolving consumer behavior.
  • Sales & Distribution Alignment:

  • Work closely with sales and trade marketing teams to drive in-store visibility and BTL activations.
  • Monitor brand performance in modern trade, general trade, and e-commerce channels.
  • Performance Tracking:

  • Analyze campaign performance, brand health metrics, and ROI to inform future strategies.
  • Present monthly/quarterly reports to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 3–5 years of brand management or marketing experience in FMCG/Consumer Goods.
  • Strong analytical skills with a creative mindset.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with D2C, e-commerce, and digital-first campaigns is a plus.
  • Passion for health & wellness and understanding of modern consumer trends.
