This role is pivotal to our mission of enhancing brand visibility and engagement across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in an agency environment, experience working with enterprise-level companies and brands, and exposure to clients in the USA, Middle East, and UK. Confidence, fluency in communication, and a strategic mindset are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy Development:
- Understand business requirements for projects
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance market position and appeal to target audiences.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and customer needs, shaping brand strategy accordingly.
Content Strategy & Creation
- Lead the development of content strategies across digital and offline platforms, aligning with overall brand objectives.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content, including blog posts, case studies, social media posts, videos, etc.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce compelling and relevant content.
Campaign Management
- Planned and executed integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Social Media Strategy
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and community engagement.
- Manage social media accounts, including content planning, publishing, and community interaction.
- Track and report on social media performance metrics to gauge effectiveness.
Brand Messaging & Positioning
- Develop and refine the brand voice, ensuring consistent messaging across all communication channels.
- Create messaging frameworks that communicate the company's value proposition and unique differentiators.
Executive Reporting to Management: Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor and evaluate the success of branding and content initiatives through key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide regular performance reports to senior management, adjusting strategies to meet business goals.
Required Skill Sets
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- At least 10-12 years of experience in brand strategy, content creation, and digital marketing, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
- Should be able to lead a team of min. ten members. Must be strong with client communication.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, social media management, basics of SEO and SEM, and marketing strategies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strategic and creative thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with experience in the IT industry.
