Key Responsibilities: - Understand business requirements for projects and develop brand strategies to enhance market position. - Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to shape brand strategy. - Lead the development of content strategies aligning with brand objectives. - Create, curate, and manage high-quality content across digital and offline platforms. - Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement. - Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement. - Refine brand voice and messaging frameworks to communicate value proposition effectively. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field; Master's degree is a plus. - 10-12 years of experience in brand strategy, content creation, and digital marketing. - Strong leadership skills to manage a team of at least ten members and excel in client communication. - Proficiency in digital marketing, content strategy, social media management, SEO, SEM, and marketing strategies. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. - Strategic and creative thinking with a data-driven decision-making approach. - Project management skills to handle multiple projects concurrently, particularly in the IT industry.
