Brand & Content Strategist

Responsibilities include: Brand Strategy Development: - Understanding business requirements for projects - Creating and implementing comprehensive brand strategies to enhance market position and appeal to target audiences - Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints - Conducting market research and competitive analysis to shape brand strategy based on trends and customer needs Content Strategy & Creation: - Leading the development of content strategies across digital and offline platforms in alignment with overall brand objectives - Creating, curating, and managing high-quality content such as blog posts, case studies, social media posts, and videos - Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to produce compelling and relevant content Campaign Management: - Planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement - Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations for optimization Social Media Strategy: - Developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and community engagement - Managing social media accounts, including content planning, publishing, and community interaction - Tracking and reporting on social media performance metrics to assess effectiveness Brand Messaging & Positioning: - Developing and refining the brand voice to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels - Creating messaging frameworks that convey the company's value proposition and unique differentiators Executive Reporting to Management & Analytics: - Monitoring and evaluating the success of branding and content initiatives through key performance indicators (KPIs) - Providing regular performance reports to senior management and adjusting strategies to align with business goals Required Skill Sets: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus - 10-12 years of experience in brand strategy, content creation, and digital marketing, preferably in the IT or technology sector - Ability to lead a team of at least ten members and excel in client communication - Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, social media management, SEO and SEM basics, and marketing strategies - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail - Strategic and creative thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making - Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously within the IT industry To Apply: Interested candidates should submit their resume and a cover letter outlining their relevant experience and demonstrating how they meet the specified requirements.
