Job Title: Branch Manager – Life, Health & Motor Insurance
Location: Raipur
Department: Sales & Operations
Reports To: Zonal/Regional Head
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Drive sales of Life, Health, and Motor insurance products through direct and indirect channels.
Identify and onboard potential agents, advisors, and business partners.
Explore cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the branch.
Team Management:
Recruit, train, and mentor the branch sales team and ensure productivity targets are met.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and development plans.
Customer Relationship Management:
Ensure excellent customer service and grievance resolution.
Manage high-value clients and build long-term relationships.
Branch Operations:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch including compliance, documentation, and audits.
Ensure adherence to company policies, IRDAI regulations, and quality standards.
Performance Monitoring:
Track and report branch performance on key metrics like premium collection, renewals, and claims support.
Implement corrective actions to bridge performance gaps.
Market Intelligence:
Monitor competitor activities and provide inputs to product and marketing teams.
Share local market insights for better targeting and strategy alignment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in insurance sales (Life/Health/Motor)
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong knowledge of insurance products and market dynamics
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities
Proficient in MS Office and insurance sales tools
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
