Branch Sales Manager (BSM Team Handling Role)

Location

Panvel, Kharghar, Nerul, Ghansoli, Airoli, Kopar

Role & responsibilities

Drive branch-level gold loan sourcing, disbursements, and revenue targets.
Lead, manage, and motivate the branch sales team to achieve performance goals.
Monitor daily sales productivity and take corrective actions where required.
Ensure adherence to documentation, audit, and compliance norms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and local market stakeholders.
Handle customer escalations and support the team in closures.
Coordinate with operations and credit teams for smooth loan processing.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience
in
Gold Loan / BFSI / NBFC sales
.
Mandatory
team handling and branch management experience
.
Proven track record in achieving branch sales targets.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Good understanding of local market dynamics.
