Role Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead and manage our insurance sales operations at the branch level. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing a high-performing sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Key Responsibilities * Branch Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring targets are met and customer service standards are upheld. * Sales & Business Development: Drive insurance sales across product lines (Life, Health, General). Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with clients and partners. * Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance advisors/agents. Set clear targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching and motivation. * Client Servicing: Ensure prompt and professional service to clients. Handle escalations and resolve customer complaints effectively. * Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and internal company processes. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation. * Marketing & Outreach: Organize and participate in marketing campaigns, local promotions, and customer engagement programs.
