1. Lead Generation & Conversion Activities: Make outbound calls to potential B2B leads for prospecting, appointment setting, and business development. Handle inbound calls from interested prospects and convert them into opportunities. Schedule client visits and product demonstrations. Follow up consistently with prospects to drive lead-to-client conversion. Maintain and update structured lead pipeline in CRM/records. 2. B2B Sales & Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2B clients. Counsel and brief clients on products, services, and business benefits. Meet or exceed sales targets assigned by management. Resolve client queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. 3. Branch Operations & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and updated client data, call logs, visit/demo reports, and sales records. Track daily/weekly activities for transparent performance measurement. Ensure proper documentation and branch activity records are available for audits. 4. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Branch Performance Reports (BPRs). Analyze sales activities, lead response rates, conversion ratios, and client acquisition. Provide analytical reports with insights and recommendations for management/MD. Highlight gaps, risks, and opportunities for branch growth. 5. Coordination & Briefing: Coordinate with technical/service teams for demo arrangements and after-sales support. Brief and guide branch staff regarding sales targets and client handling. Represent the branch in review meetings and report performance to seniors/MD.
