1. Recruitment & OnboardingCoordinate with department heads for staffing needs. Post job vacancies, screen resumes, and schedule interviews. Assist with onboarding, document collection, and employee orientation. 2. Employee Records & Attendance ManagementMaintain accurate employee records (attendance, leave, appraisal, etc.). Update HRMS or manual records regularly. Track employee performance indicators and probation timelines. 3. Payroll & Benefits AdministrationCollect attendance data and coordinate with accounts/payroll for timely salary processing. Handle employee queries related to salary, PF, ESI, leaves, etc. Support annual appraisals and increment processing. 4. Compliance & HR Policy Support Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Assist in drafting and distributing HR policies. Keep records ready for audits or inspections. 5. MD Support & Executive Coordination Arrange and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel plans for the MD. Prepare reports, presentations, and minutes of meetings as requested by the MD. Act as a communication bridge between MD and departments or external stakeholders. 6. Office-Wide Employee Management Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances. Help resolve employee relations issues in coordination with senior HR. Support in organizing staff meetings, training programs, and employee engagement activities. 7. Client-Related Calls & Follow-ups Coordinate with clients for HR-related communication (candidate feedback, joining schedules, documentation). Follow up on onboarding status and post-joining formalities for client-deputed staff. Maintain communication logs and update clients on HR-related concerns. 8. General Administrative & Coordination Tasks Maintain HR files, forms, and office supplies. Support vendors and external service providers (consultants, trainers, background verifiers). Coordinate with IT/Admin for employee seating, ID cards, system allocation, etc.
