Job Description: Customer Service Officer-Assistant Manager Grade-1 ·        Handling cash /Fund Transfers/NEFT /RTGS Transaction within TAT ·        Resolving customers request, queries & issues. ·        Gold Loan Operations & Sales ·        Cross verification of KYC. ·        Acquiring business with existing & new client. ·        Making for Customers Clearing Update. ·        Branch Operations and Audit Compliance ·        Responsible for enforcing adherence to set standards of the bank and ensuring        regulatory (external & internal) compliance, including interaction with internal and statutory auditors. ·        Client relationship management and customer services related to retail banking operations ·        Handle all process of Branch Banking . ·        Achieved good productivity & quality in Loan Operation & Branch banking through disciplined & dedicated performance ·        Able to handling Client/Customer queries also. Candidate Desire Profile : Banking experience candidate will be preferred. Ability to speak in local language and English. Strong product knowledge and understanding of Banking products & services. Understanding of local market and captive client base Age: Strictly Below 36 Years.   Graduation/Post Graduation should be completed on a regular basis in mandate.
