Job Description

Post : Branch Relations Officer Work with assigned bank branches (2–3 branches or as assigned), coordinate with branch managers and staff, build trust, and liaise for product promotion. Work from assigned bank branches to sell life insurance products. Meet walk-in customers and pitch suitable insurance plans. Achieve sales targets through direct customer interaction and referrals. cross selling in Casa, Loan, Credit card, Debit card. Regularly report sales updates and attend training sessions. Candidate Profile : Graduation (minimum) is usually required. Experience: Often 1–3 years (or more) in banking / financial services / life-insurance sales / cross-selling is preferred. Strong communication & interpersonal skills — since role involves coordination with bank staff and customers.
