Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chandrapur for a Branch Manager. The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations of the branch, including managing staff, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring excellent service delivery in alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include driving growth through sales and customer onboarding, monitoring financial targets, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and fostering an efficient work environment. The one in this role will also analyze business performance and implement strategies to optimize branch operations and profitability.


Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills for team supervision and branch operation oversight
  • Customer relationship management skills and the ability to resolve customer queries effectively
  • Proficiency in budgeting, sales, financial performance analysis, and target achievement
  • An understanding of banking and financial services, particularly in rural or cooperative banking settings
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to implement effective operational strategies
  • Sound knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience in branch management or a leadership role in the banking or financial sector is strongly desirable
  • Proficiency in local language(s) and effective communication skills is a plus
