Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Operations Manager located in

Jabalpur and Narmadapuram

. The Branch Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving branch performance goals. Duties include managing financial transactions, maintaining compliance with regulations, implementing policies and procedures, and promoting the Society's financial products and services.

Qualifications

• Strong operational and management skills, including experience in handling day-to-day banking operations
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in financial management and understanding of regulatory compliance
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, and effectively manage staff
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience in the cooperative banking sector or similar financial institutions is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
