Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager, located at Dhar, Burhanpur, Mandla, Mandsaur, Vidisha, Rajgarh. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage branch staff, and guide them in providing excellent service. The role requires meeting financial targets, implementing branch policies, managing budgets, maintaining compliance, and fostering community relationships. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for developing and executing branch growth strategies.
