Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Operations Manager located in Jabalpur. The Branch Operations Manager will oversee daily branch operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling financial transactions. Key responsibilities also include achieving business targets, maintaining compliance with regulations, overseeing banking services, and implementing new policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Experience in managing branch operations, staff management, and customer service
Knowledge of banking regulations, financial transactions, and compliance
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in rural banking and cooperative societies is a plus
