Job Description

As a BPO Pricing professional at our client, a Top Tier 1 IT Services Company in Gurgaon, you will play a crucial role in the Commercials and Pricing Strategy team. This team is responsible for various business development activities, deal renewals, contractual drafting, margin enhancement initiatives, and more. Your role will involve building and updating commercial models, bringing innovative financial ideas, validating costings, driving commercial discussions, preparing pricing documents, and managing key stakeholders. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Build and update commercial models for new opportunities, scope extensions, and renewals - Bring innovative financial ideas around revenue recognition, cost forecasting, and more - Safeguard company's interest by educating stakeholders on potential risks and opportunities - Drive commercial discussions with accurate answers and quick analysis - Obtain necessary approvals to meet corporate guidelines and timelines - Ensure pricing strategy aligns with sales pitch and client requirements - Prepare pricing documents for internal evaluation and client submissions - Manage key stakeholders during proposals to obtain necessary information and solutions - Deliver compliant and market representative commercial responses for RFI/RFP/RFQ independently **Additional Details:** The ideal candidate for this role must have: **Qualifications/Requirements:** **Must Haves:** - Minimum five years of experience in BPO/KPO pricing - MBA from top B-schools or CA/CFA qualification - Strong understanding of P&Ls, cash flows, and finance - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quick number crunching - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Excellent communication skills **Good To Haves:** - Experience in investment research, equity research, or business modeling - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with VBA/Macros - Exposure to Communication, Media, and Technology sectors If you are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong finance background and pricing experience, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity in Gurgaon.,
