The Principal Learning Content Strategist Customer Experience (CX) is an individual contributor role. As a self-motivated professional, you will leverage your expertise to support Oracle University (OU) products, curate online subscription material aligned with the CX Product Strategy, contribute to content roadmap planning, and develop training content. Your responsibilities will include discovering, proposing, designing, and prototyping new teaching methods and learner engagement techniques for all audiences within Oracle University's CX educational offerings. You will play a key role in driving transformation, innovation, and best practices for Oracle University products and services, ensuring strategic alignment, rollout, and execution of CX-related educational offerings and programs within the Oracle University ecosystem. In this dynamic role, you must be eager to learn technology to support and deliver training using modern learning techniques in a fast-paced market and environment. You will be expected to develop relationships with Product Development teams to embed training strategy in product planning and release cycles. Collaborating with various departments at Oracle, you will align curriculum strategy to drive customer satisfaction and support. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring research and the competitive landscape to recommend solutions that enhance customer success. Your role will involve improving content impact and effectiveness through user research studies, benchmark analysis, and data collection. You will collaborate with Oracle University team members to drive value, resolve impediments, and advocate for the end user and stakeholder needs. Furthermore, you will contribute to learning activities around modern content design approaches and core practices. To qualify for this position, you should have at least 8 years of experience working with Oracle Customer Experience (CX) applications. You should possess practical knowledge and consulting field experience working with various Oracle Cloud Applications technologies related to Sales, Service, and Marketing. Additionally, soft skills such as stakeholder management, business insight, collaboration, effective communication, innovation, customer focus, and adaptability will be crucial for success in this role. Role Summary: The Performance, Efficiency & Drivability (PED) Attributes Engineer is responsible for supporting the PED Lead Engineer with data analysis, summaries and judgement to support the delivery of Propulsion Efficiency Performance and Drivability Attributes and Features across various vehicle architectures and powertrains. A PED Engineer s scope of work spans the entire vehicle development cycle, contributing to targets definition, competitors benchmark analysis, management of attribute inputs and trades, vehicle development and sign off to brand DNA. We are looking for a junior engineer to add to our dynamic and growing team. The successful candidate will work on the delivery of our new lineup of Battery Electric Vehicles, supporting the Lead Engineers in the delivery of Propulsion Efficiency. The successful candidate should be someone with good data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to learn and adapt fast, operating under fluid and tight deadlines, to support the development of a number of powertrain attributes and features. Key responsibilities: To support the definition of robust targets alongside Lead Engineers and AGILE Squads within the powertrain department. To support the delivery of Performance, Efficiency and Driveability attribute targets on Model Year and/or Vehicle Lines. To support vehicle level testing at both virtual and physical property level. To keep PED tools and documents up to date with the latest attribute metrics. To analyze test data to generate attribute status reports for each vehicle line, create meaningful comparison with historic data, compliance data and other vehicle lines. To support competitor and comparator Attribute benchmarking and futuring. Including, physical / virtual testing, measurement and visual assessments as required. To support calculations of attribute targets by gateway. To support test and development activities as required by PED Lead Engineers and/or Group Leader. To interface with Powertrain Product Squads and Vehicle Engineering Teams as required. Qualifications: Essential: Must understand the physics behind vehicle efficiency, cycle energy demand, electric range, performance metrics, by academic knowledge or direct work experience. Must have significant working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Must have knowledge of D&R, Quality processes including 8D, FMA process as well as requirements and standards writing. Experience is desirable UK Driving License (or equivalent, i.e. must be allowed to drive in UK public roads) Desirable: Experience in vehicle testing, benchmarking
