About The Opportunity

We operate in the high-growth EdTech sector, delivering immersive, cohort-based bootcamps that empower career changers and professionals to master in-demand skills. Through hands-on projects, expert mentorship, and comprehensive career support, we drive measurable learner success and foster industry-ready talent.Role & Responsibilities
  • Coordinate end-to-end logistics for bootcamp cohorts.
  • Monitor participant onboarding, attendance, and engagement metrics; communicate updates and follow up to maintain high satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for students, promptly resolving queries and escalations to guarantee a seamless learning experience.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by gathering participant feedback, identifying operational bottlenecks, and proposing process optimizations.
  • Call potential leads, understand their needs, and convert them into bootcamp enrollments.
  • Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams (category, marketing, product) to deliver seamless service
  • Handle incoming calls, resolve client concerns promptly, and provide regular updates.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
  • 0-1 years of experience in relationship/bootcamp management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred

  • Experience managing cohort-based bootcamp operations or online learning platforms.
  • Basic data analysis skills; experience building dashboards or reports using spreadsheet tools.
