Bootcamp Operations Associate

Your responsibilities will include coordinating end-to-end logistics for bootcamp cohorts, monitoring participant onboarding, attendance, and engagement metrics, and serving as the primary point of contact for students to ensure a seamless learning experience. To excel in this role, you must have 0-1 years of experience in relationship/bootcamp management, strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, and a customer-centric mindset with a proactive attitude. You should also be adept at handling multiple clients and prioritizing tasks effectively.
