As a member of the team at Wiser Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our clients" campaigns by ensuring the delivery of actionable insights to leaders in the FMCG and Retail industry. Your primary responsibility will involve managing our clients" campaigns from start to finish, translating their needs into Snooper missions to optimize the data collection process for speed and accuracy. In addition, you will oversee the data validation process and conduct data integrity analyses to enhance the quality of insights delivered to our clients. Furthermore, you will engage with clients to gather input and provide updates throughout the campaign lifecycle, as well as build dashboards to translate real-time data collected by shoppers into actionable insights on the Snooper platform. Your role will also involve performing additional data analyses based on specific business needs to help clients maximize the value of their data. Monitoring campaign progress and results, you will take necessary actions to meet client deliverables and deadlines. In this position, you will collaborate closely with our growth, community management, and tech teams, playing a central role in the company's operations. Your insights and expertise as one of our Data & Insights masters will be instrumental in extracting valuable learnings for our clients. Moreover, you will contribute to optimizing operational processes by developing new tools and ways to automate our product, working closely with the product and IT teams. This is a full-time position with work hours scheduled from Monday to Friday, 5:30 AM IST to 2:30 PM IST. While the standard workweek is 40 hours, occasional flexibility may be required based on the demands of the job, especially for clients in European or Asia/Pacific time zones. Your dedication and contribution to our globally available Commerce Execution Suite, including the Snooper App in the APAC region, will empower our clients with live data to make informed decisions on pricing, product assortment, and promotional activities.,
