"Looking for a proven Bidding Leader with managerial skill and deep expertise in e-Governance, e Procurement Portals, GeM Portals and other Leading Bid Portas of India and PSU Tenders! Be the driving force behind high-quality proposals, compliance excellence, and successful government project acquisitions,and to be a team leader."

• To oversee, manage, and take complete responsibility for the entire Government and PSU tendering process, we are looking for a skilled, meticulous, and experienced Bidding Head to lead and manage the bidding team and the complete bidding process effectively.

• Technical bidding experience for IT and ITES Projects, CCTV & Surveillance systems, Smart City, Safe City and e-Government projects is a prerequisite for the perfect applicant.

• It is crucial to have a solid grasp of tender documents, compliance, and pricing methods in addition to being familiar with government e-procurement platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the entire bidding process for government and PSU tenders in the CCTV, Surveillance, and e-Governance domains.
  
• Analyze tender documents (RFPs, RFQs, EOIs) and assess technical and commercial feasibility.
  
• Coordinate with internal technical and commercial teams to prepare high-quality technical proposals and financial bids.
  
• Ensure compliance with all prequalification and eligibility requirements.
  
• Work closely with OEMs, vendors, and partners to gather technical documentation and pricing.
  
• Monitor and manage submissions on government e-tendering portals (e.g., CPPP, GeM, All State e Procurement Portal, etc.).
  
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and competitor strategies,and Analytical knowledge of past participated bids.
  
• Track tender outcomes and prepare win/loss analysis reports.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering / Technology / IT / Electronics or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  
• Minimum

  10 to 15 years

  of experience in

  technical bidding

  , specifically in

  CCTV, surveillance, and e-Governance projects

  .
• Proven track record of handling large-scale government tenders (state and central).
  
• In-depth knowledge of

  government bidding portals

  (e.g., GeM, CPPP, State-specific e Procurement portals).
• Strong understanding of public procurement rules, bid documentation, and compliance requirements.
  
• Excellent communication in English(Verbal and Written), documentation, and negotiation skills . Knowing Hindi is plus.
  
• Must posses ability to lead a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  
• Must be Chennai-based or willing to relocate.
  

Preferred:

• Experience working with System Integrators or OEMs in security & surveillance solutions is plus.
  
• Certification in public procurement or bidding processes is a plus.
