Bidding Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the entire bidding process for government and PSU tenders in the CCTV, surveillance, and e-Governance domains.
  
• Analyze tender documents (RFPs, RFQs, EOIs) and assess technical and commercial feasibility.
  
• Coordinate with internal technical and commercial teams to prepare high-quality technical proposals and financial bids.
  
• Ensure compliance with all prequalification and eligibility requirements.
  
• Work closely with OEMs, vendors, and partners to gather technical documentation and pricing.
  
• Monitor and manage submissions on government e-tendering portals (e.g., CPPP, GeM, TN Tenders, eProcurement, etc.).
  
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and competitor strategies.
  
• Track tender outcomes and prepare win/loss analysis reports.
  
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with key government stakeholders and procurement officials.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology / IT / Electronics or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  
• Minimum

  6 to 15 years

  of experience in

  technical bidding

  , specifically in

  CCTV, surveillance, and e-Governance projects

  .
• Proven track record of handling large-scale government tenders (state and central).
  
• In-depth knowledge of

  government bidding portals

  (e.g., GeM, CPPP, NIC, state-specific portals).
• Strong understanding of public procurement rules, bid documentation, and compliance requirements.
  
• Excellent communication, documentation, and negotiation skills.
  
• Ability to lead a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  
• Must be Chennai-based or willing to relocate.
  

Preferred:

• Experience working with System Integrators or OEMs in security & surveillance solutions.
  
• Certification in public procurement or bidding processes is a plus.
