Job Description

Bachelor's degree in business,marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). Proven experience in bidmanagement or a similar role. Strong project management skillswith the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities. Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills. In-depth understanding of thebidding process and relevant industries. Familiarity with legal andcontractual aspects of bids. Proficiency in Microsoft Officeand bid management software. Proficiencyin GEM, CPPP, SAP ARIBA other Tender submission portals . What you ll do: Opportunity Identification:** Monitor and identify potentialbusiness opportunities, requests for proposals (RFPs), and invitations totender (ITTs) that align with the company's expertise and objectives. Bid Planning:** Develop a bid strategy incollaboration with key stakeholders. Create a comprehensive bid plan,outlining key milestones, responsibilities, and deadlines. Allocate resources andcoordinate internal teams to meet bid requirements. Proposal Development:** Lead the preparation and writingof bid responses, ensuring compliance with client requirements. Collaborate with subject matterexperts, technical teams, and other relevant stakeholders to gather necessaryinformation. Craft compelling andpersuasive content that highlights the company's strengths and capabilities. Bid Coordination:** Act as the main point of contactfor all bid-related matters. Coordinate and facilitate bidreview meetings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with companyobjectives. Manage communication betweeninternal teams and external partners or subcontractors involved in the bidprocess. Quality Assurance:** Conduct thorough reviews of allbid documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the client'sexpectations. Implement quality controlprocesses to enhance the overall quality of bid submissions. Client Engagement:** Build and maintain relationshipswith clients and key stakeholders. Attend pre-bid meetings, sitevisits, and other client interactions to gather relevant information and buildrapport. Post-Submission Activities:** Evaluate the bid process toidentify areas for improvement.
