Bid Manager

Job Title: Bid Manager – IT Solutions (Hardware, Software, Services)
Experience Required: 2+ YearsLocation: Noida, India

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bid Executive with experience in managing documentation and coordination for government and enterprise IT bids.

Key Responsibilities:
Study and analyze tender documents (RFPs, RFQs, EOIs)Prepare and compile technical and commercial bid responsesCoordinate with internal departments (pre-sales, sales, legal, procurement)Maintain trackers for bids, tender portals, and submission timelinesLiaise with OEMs and vendors for quotations and required documentationEnsure 100% compliance with bid submission formats and deadlinesSupport registration and documentation on GeM and eProcurement portalsMaintain organized bid records and historical data for future use

Key Skills & Requirements:
2+ years of experience in bid/tender management for IT SolutionsHands-on experience with GeM and eProcurement portalsFamiliarity with government and enterprise procurement processesStrong documentation and coordination skillsAbility to manage multiple bids simultaneously under tight deadlinesKnowledge of IT hardware, software, and services terminology is a plusProficiency in MS Office (especially Word and Excel)
