Job Description

As an ideal candidate for this role, you should have a Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Civil or a Btech / B.E degree along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in tendering or technical sales within the service industry. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and track tender opportunities in Defence, PSU, and corporate sectors through online portals. - Review RFPs/RFQs and understand technical, commercial, and legal requirements. - Prepare and submit technical and financial proposals within specified deadlines. - Ensure compliance with all tender guidelines, especially PSU and GeM portal requirements. - Coordinate with internal teams to gather accurate inputs for proposals. - Prepare BOQs and costing sheets to ensure competitive and profitable bids. - Maintain records of submitted tenders, approvals, and communications for audit. - Lead and manage the tendering team, ensuring timely and high-quality output. - Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and vendors for long-term business. - Monitor market trends and report performance insights to senior management. This role requires someone who can effectively handle the tendering process from start to finish, ensuring all technical, commercial, and legal aspects are met while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
