Bid Manager

As an ideal candidate for this role, you should have a Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Civil or a Btech / B.E degree along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in tendering or technical sales within the service industry. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and track tender opportunities in Defence, PSU, and corporate sectors through online portals. - Review RFPs/RFQs and understand technical, commercial, and legal requirements. - Prepare and submit technical and financial proposals within specified deadlines. - Ensure compliance with all tender guidelines, especially PSU and GeM portal requirements. - Coordinate with internal teams to gather accurate inputs for proposals. - Prepare BOQs and costing sheets to ensure competitive and profitable bids. - Maintain records of submitted tenders, approvals, and communications for audit. - Lead and manage the tendering team, ensuring timely and high-quality output. - Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and vendors for long-term business. - Monitor market trends and report performance insights to senior management.
