Bid Manager

We are looking for a skilled Bid Manager to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and bid management, with excellent communication and project management skills.

• Manage and coordinate bids from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement bid strategies and solutions.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and review bid documents, including cover letters, executive summaries, and technical proposals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all bid submissions.

• Proven experience in sales and bid management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of the sales process, including lead generation, proposal development, and client engagement.
• Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools is an asset.
