Maintain a repository of reusable content and templates to streamline future proposal development. Qualifications and Skills: Experience: 10+ years in proposal writing and management, with demonstrated expertise in US federal, state, local, and commercial markets. Shipley Framework: Strong knowledge and application of Shipley methodologies and best practices. Design Expertise: Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), PowerPoint, or other graphic design software.
