1.) Lead and manage the end-to-end tendering process, ensuring timely and accurate submission. 2.) Develop bidding strategies, including pricing, risk mitigation, and competitive analysis. 3.) Review tender documents, contracts, and technical specifications to ensure compliance. 4.) Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance, legal, technical) to gather necessary inputs. 5.) Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. 6.) Ensure adherence to legal, financial, and regulatory requirements. 7.) Maintain records of tender submissions, outcomes, and lessons learned for continuous improvement. 9.) Lead and mentor the bid management team to optimize performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Record daily financial transactions (invoices, payments, expenses). Maintain accurate financial records and update ledgers. Process accounts payable and receivable (payments and collections). Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports. Help with bank reconciliations and tracking expenses. Assist in tax calculations and filing (GST, ITR, TDS, etc.). Ensure that all financial records follow company policies and legal regulations. Help provide documents for audits and financial inspections. Manage petty cash and reimbursements. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience: 7+ years in an accounting role (internships are considered). Basic knowledge of accounting software (Tally, SAP, etc.). Good skills in MS Excel for calculations and reports.
