Job Description

You will be responsible for ensuring alignment of proposal responses to client objectives for all bids within your portfolio. This will involve engaging with appropriate stakeholders to create a bid team and guiding them in creating content for customer presentations. Additionally, you will be setting presales standards and guidelines for the team to follow, ensuring adherence to compliance initiatives and Bid Management processes in line with templates, tools, and approval matrices within your portfolio. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting in business process and operational process mapping - Establishing and managing the pursuit calendar - Ensuring internal governance by obtaining Solution/delivery/Business approvals and signoffs before submitting proposals to customers - Supporting Client Partners in Account Planning and executing these plans - Resourcing bid teams by collaborating with solutioning, finance, commercial, and delivery teams - Working with the onsite/business team on new customer prospects, unless it's a large opportunity - Leading the response to opportunities in terms of quality, timelines, and completeness - Reviewing and articulating solutions to ensure they meet customer requirements - Facilitating discussions on winning themes, SWOT, and competitor analysis for deals and preparing opportunity overviews for leadership No additional details of the company were provided in the job description.,
