Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth and client acquisition for our HR Services portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through strategic planning and market understanding.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Recruitment, OD, Training, and Background Verification services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the Pune region.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve set targets and business objectives.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Represent the company in networking events, industry forums, and business meetings.
• Track sales performance, pipeline, and report regularly to management.

Education

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent client management and relationship-building abilities.
• Knowledge of the Pune business market and corporate ecosystem.
• Goal-oriented, target-driven, and self-starter with a positive attitude.
• Ability to handle challenging projects and deliver under pressure.
