BD Manager

As a Business Development Manager at Kosher Climate India Private Limited, you will be responsible for working closely with the multi-disciplinary team to drive end-to-end business development in Carbon, Renewable Energy, NBS, and ESG sectors. Your role will involve engaging with clients, developing sales pitches, and contributing to the growth of the company. Here's what will be expected from you: Responsibilities: - Demonstrate perseverance in engaging with highly desirable clients - Lead a small team effectively - Collaborate with internal teams to close deals for all advisory services offered by Kosher - Create compelling sales pitches for potential clients and participate in business idea presentations - Draft client contracts based on company size and service requirements - Coordinate with clients and internal teams for proposals, agreements, and project documents - Focus on enhancing existing client relationships and acquiring new clients - Stay updated on market scenarios and trends in carbon markets to identify industry needs and contribute to company strategy - Participate in exhibitions, forums, and events to promote company programs Qualifications Required: - Relevant Degree - 5-8 years of professional experience - Experience in Consultancy/B2B environment preferred - Good Communication Skills and basic understanding of Renewable energy, Sustainability, and NBS projects - Ability to write reports, prepare presentations, and contracts - Proactive with a Can-do attitude and willingness to take responsibility - Strong organizational and networking skills, team-oriented attitude, and ability to work independently - Willingness to travel locally and internationally, including remote project locations - Ability to work effectively under time pressure and extended hours if required - Proficient in English; knowledge of other international languages is an asset Join Kosher Climate India Private Limited and be a part of a global team that is committed to providing sustainable solutions and services across diverse topics in the environmental sector.,
