Role Description The Business Development Manager will play a key role in identifying and generating new business opportunities and managing client relationships. Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, developing and implementing sales strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business goals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. Qualifications Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management Strong skills in market research, strategic planning, and competitive analysis Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proficiency in CRM tools and sales platforms Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment Prior experience in property or facility management is preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
