Job Description

Qualification & Experience

  • 5-8 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account

management (preferably in branding, signage, or activation).

  • Existing relationships within top AOR agencies will be a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communication preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Winning & Acquiring Clients

o Identify and onboard new AOR agencies to expand Hammer’s market reach.

o Develop tailored pitches to showcase Hammer’s execution capabilities and

competitive edge.

o Work closely with AOR teams to integrate Hammer’s services into brand

activation strategies.

  • Client Relationship & Growth

o Maintain long-term relationships with agencies and their client accounts.

o Develop customized service models that align with agency needs.

  • Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams

o Provide market insights and client feedback to strategy & innovation teams

to enhance service offerings.

  • Policy Compliance & Reporting:

o Ensure all client dealings follow Hammer’s pricing, contractual, and

operational policies.

o Maintain updated records of interactions, deals, and projects on CRM.

o Provide Daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, forecasts,

and revenue growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹224,084.73 - ₹1,084,918.11 per year
