Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage the recruitment process for BFSI positions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Build relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and skills.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of recruitment plans.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the BFSI sector.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with recruitment software and tools is an advantage.
