About The Opportunity

A fast-paced player in the IT staffing and workforce solutions sector, focused on placing consultants into contract, C2C, and W2 roles across enterprise technology stacks. We specialise in bench sales, vendor management, and rapid client fulfillment for projects in cloud, application development, data, and infrastructure.Primary Title: IT Bench Sales Recruiter (Remote — India)
Role & Responsibilities
  • Drive end-to-end bench-sales lifecycle: identify bench consultants, engage prospects, qualify opportunities, and close placements with enterprise clients and staffing partners.
  • Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline—proactively source from internal bench, LinkedIn, job boards, and vendor networks to convert bench talent into billable projects.
  • Manage client outreach and account development—prospect, schedule meetings, understand technical requirements, and submit matched bench profiles to hiring managers.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, rates, and start dates; coordinate onboarding, compliance, and timesheet/payroll handoffs with operations teams.
  • Maintain accurate activity and revenue forecasting in CRM/ATS; hit monthly/quarterly placement and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with recruiters, sales leadership, and delivery teams to craft targeted go-to-market strategies for high-value bench skillsets.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 2+ years of hands-on bench sales or IT staffing experience with proven placement track record.
  • Strong sourcing and conversion skills—LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS-driven workflows.
  • Experience managing client relationships, negotiating offers, and closing contract placements.
  • Familiarity with staffing CRMs/ATS (Bullhorn, Salesforce or similar), MS Excel, and sales pipeline reporting.

Preferred

  • Experience selling to enterprise/consulting clients and knowledge of common IT bill/pay models (W2, C2C, 1099).
  • Background working with bench models, vendor-managed bench programs, or MSP frameworks.
