Bench Sales Recruiter - US IT Staffing (Remote, India)
Industry: IT Staffing & Workforce Solutions. Sector: US-focused technology talent acquisition, bench management, and contract placement services supporting enterprise and mid-market clients across software, cloud, data and infrastructure domains.We are hiring an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join a fast-paced remote team. This role focuses on monetising bench consultants, driving client outreach, and closing contract placements across C2C/W2/Corp-to-Corp models for US-based accounts.Role & Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify bench consultants for immediate US placements—assess skills, availability, visa status and client-fit to accelerate time-to-bill.
  • Proactively source and engage new clients and hiring managers in the US market via calls, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns and warm introductions.
  • Manage full sales lifecycle from opportunity discovery to submission, negotiation and offer closure—drive C2C/W2/CORP placements with clear follow-through.
  • Maintain and optimise a high-conversion sales pipeline in ATS/CRM: update candidate & client records, track submissions, and forecast revenue against monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Build compelling candidate profiles and client-focused SOW/skills summaries to shorten feedback loops and improve interview-to-offer ratios.
  • Collaborate with recruitment delivery and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding, compliance checks, and timely start dates for placed consultants.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
  • 2+ years bench sales or US IT staffing experience with proven closure of C2C/W2 placements.
  • Strong sales orientation—experience hitting monthly/quarterly quotas in a staffing or recruitment sales role.
  • Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean sourcing, and outbound outreach strategies.
  • Comfortable using ATS/CRM tools (Bullhorn, Zoho Recruit, Salesforce or equivalent) and maintaining accurate pipeline data.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for interacting with US hiring managers and consultants across time zones.
  • Ability to work remotely from India with flexible overlap for US business hours.

Preferred

  • Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise US tech buyers and familiarity with common billing models (hourly, fixed-price, milestone).
  • Understanding of visa categories (H-1B, L1, OPT/CPT) and contractor onboarding nuances.
  • Background in account expansion, upselling bench consultants into longer-term engagements.
