Job Description

Key Responsibilities New Client Acquisition: Identify and target prospective clients in the US market through research, cold calling, networking, and referrals. Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new accounts and secure IT staffing contracts. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, HR, and IT leaders. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction during the sales process. Market Research & Strategy: Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities in the US IT staffing sector. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor staffing solutions that align with client needs and market demands. Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for new client acquisitions. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals while ensuring profitability. Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure seamless delivery of staffing solutions to clients. Provide feedback to internal stakeholders on client requirements and market insights. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and market trends to leadership. Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in business development within the US IT staffing industry. Proven track record of new client acquisition with a focus on securing contracts with mid-to-large enterprises. Experience working with industries such as technology, finance, healthcare, or retail is a plus. Skills: Strong understanding of IT staffing processes, including contract, temporary, and permanent placements. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot) and MS Office Suite. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and client needs. Attributes: Hunter mentality with a passion for closing deals and building relationships. Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable to changing market dynamics. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings or industry events.
