Important Note: This role is strictly for Business Development (Sales), not for HR or IT Recruiters. We are looking for a hunter-style BDM who specializes in selling staffing services (IT & Non-IT) to US-based clients.

About the Role:

We need a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to aggressively expand our US Staffing (IT & Non-IT) client base. This is a fast-paced, quota-driven sales role—success means closing new clients quickly (within 30 days) while building a long-term pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Quick Revenue Impact: Bring in new clients within the first 30 days—focus on fast conversions in IT & Non-IT staffing.
Hunting, Not Farming: Prospect, pitch, and close deals through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
Full-Cycle Sales: Own the process from lead gen to contract signing—no handholding.
IT & Non-IT Staffing Sales: Sell contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire staffing across:

  • IT Roles (Developers, Cloud Engineers, Cybersecurity, Data Analysts, etc.)
  • Non-IT Roles (Finance, Healthcare, Engineering, Admin, Light Industrial, etc.)
  • Client Relationships:
  • Engage with
  • HR, VMS, MSP, and hiring managers
  • to secure staffing contracts.✔
  • Market Intelligence:

Track competitor moves and adapt strategies for quick market capture.✔ CRM & Pipeline Discipline: Use tools like Salesforce, Bullhorn, or HubSpot to manage leads and conversions.✔ Networking & Events: Attend (virtual/in-person) industry events to generate immediate leads.✔ Performance Tracking: Weekly reporting on new client acquisitions, revenue impact, and pipeline growth.Must-Have Qualifications:

3-5+ years in US Staffing Sales (IT & Non-IT)proven record of quick closures.
Not an HR/Recruiter: This is a pure sales role—must have hunting experience.
History of Fast Wins: Ability to close deals within weeks, not months.
Expert in Cold Outreach: Skilled in cold calling, LinkedIn messaging, and email campaigns.
Strong US Market Knowledge: Familiarity with VMS/MSP, staffing trends, and regional demands.
Negotiation & Closing Skills: Confident in pricing discussions and contract signings.
CRM Proficiency (Salesforce, Bullhorn, etc.) – no learning curve.
Self-Motivated & Aggressive: Thrives under pressure in a fast-results environment.
