Bench Sales Recruiter – US IT Staffing Industry & Sector A high-growth player in the Information Technology staffing and workforce-solutions sector, we specialise in supplying US enterprises and federal integrators with pre-vetted consultants across cloud, data, cybersecurity and enterprise apps. From our on-site India hub, we run a 24×7 desk that maximises bench utilisation and shortens client fill cycles. Role & Responsibilities Own end-to-end bench sales lifecycle: identify open requirements, market benched consultants, negotiate bill rates and close positions with prime vendors and direct clients. Source daily requirements via job portals, vendor networks and VMS tools; prioritise hot needs and align consultant skill sets accordingly. Craft compelling rate cards, resumes and marketing emails; conduct cold calls to Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners and MSP contacts. Coordinate interviews, background checks and onboarding documentation (H1B, CPT, OPT, GC, USC) ensuring full compliance with US labour laws. Maintain real-time ATS records, forecast pipeline demand and publish weekly utilisation metrics to leadership. Collaborate with immigration, payroll and HR teams to manage extensions, PO renewals and redeployment well before project end-dates. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have 3–8 years proven bench sales experience within US IT staffing ecosystem. Deep understanding of employment types (W2, 1099, C2C) and tax terms. Proficiency with Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter and VMS portals. Exceptional verbal & written communication; persuasive cold-calling and negotiation skills. Hands-on with ATS/CRM platforms and Boolean/X-Ray sourcing techniques. Ability to work US shift (EST/CST) from our India office. Preferred Existing network of Tier-1 vendors and direct client contacts in cloud/data space. Experience marketing GC/USC talent and navigating security-cleared roles.
