Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Lead generation
- Create and maintain sales funnel of retail project sites (Non-Individual House Builders) - Create lead via meeting/calling builders, architects and contractors (identified Customer Mapping List and beyond) - Create leads via cold calling & indexing for trade projects

2. Lead conversion
- Follow up on the trade projects leads generated (through cold calling, entered by SE/ISR, Contractors) within first contact TAT of 24 hours - Pitch product features, provide demo & pitch MYKL brand. Schedule consultation with technical services if needed at the site. - Schedule consultation with technical services if needed at the site. - List down the key influencers (procurement, design, quality) apart from builder/contractor/architect on the site. - Classification of leads as Warm/Hot/Cold at any point in time with next contact timeline mentioned - Maintain healthy conversion ratio in the identified lead funnel; conversion ratio to be defined based on source of leads - Converted leads to be assigned to channel partners basis prioritization logic for fullfillment 3. Influencer Management - Builder /Class B+C Architect/ Contractors (GCs & Large Tile Contractors) (Non - Individual House Builders) - Identify and onboard relevant stakeholders (contractors, architects, builders etc.) with profile to the Customer Master List - Visit relevant stakeholders at identified frequencies, generate leads which should be added to LMS system - Educate about tile adhesive category and promote MYKL brand amongst these stakeholders - Engage with the influencers as per the design engagement model (WIP) - Push for premium product range; drive participation in influencer program (if launched) - Maintain detailed reports on specification, conversion and engagement 4. Application Execution - Ensure proper demos/sampling and application at sites 5. Customer complaint handling - Resolve complaints within 24 hour TAT; involve Technical services if needed 6. Reporting & documentation - Update Daily activities as per Daily Route Coverage Plan into the SFA app - Provide reports based on request

Person Specifications

Education Essential B.Tech. Civil Desirable B. Tech & MBA Experience & Skills Required Graduate with min 3 - 5 years of experience in project sales and good industry connects Digital Literacy Proficiency in data analysis, interpretations, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Salesforce
