across a wide range of topics including carbon markets, renewable energy, Environmental and Social

About the role

Kosher Climate is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Support for joining the team

of experts at its Noida Office to work in a challenging environment sustained by growth and learning.

Successful candidate will closely work with Business development team for wide range of services in

the field of Carbon Advisory, Renewable Energy, sustainability and NBS projects.

Responsibilities

• Support in developing the knowledgebase of carbon markets via desk-based research, particularly to

categorize reports, documents, policies, and analysis at the Local and national levels; Kosher Climate

• Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends,

customers, partnerships, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.

• Seek out appropriate contact in an organization and generate leads through regular follow-ups.

• Assist seniors in developing a sales pitch for prospective clients and participate in presentations of

Business ideas.

• Coordinate with other departments for the smooth flow of work and expedite the process through

established practices

• Draw up client contracts depending on the size of the company and their service requirements.

• Support the reporting manager in tracking and maintaining the leads generated and providing

appropriate data for client-specific presentations.

Requirements

• Qualification- Bachelors / Masters in Agriculture / Forestry / Environment / Sustainability etc.

• Minimum 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in Consultancy and BD Role -- Carbon Consultancy /

Renewable Energy / ESG Consultancy / Power Sector / WTE/ Nature Based Solutions (NbS) (Prior BD

Experience is mandatory – desirable in Consultancy space – client facing).

• Ability to write concept notes, short reports, prepare PowerPoint presentations, and prepare

contracts and proposals, decks, pitches (as per client’s requirements).

• Ability to handle multiple deadlines and priorities through effective time management to deliver on

client’s expectations.

• Proactive and Can-do attitude and take responsibility for all the tasks assigned.

• Excellent level of written and spoken English.

• Good communication and report-writing skills

• Proficient in MS Office

• Team Player with adaptable working nature and with multitasking Ability
