With your strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and deep understanding of industrial and infrastructure project markets, you will contribute to the success of our material management solutions for Hydro Power, Thermal Power, and Infrastructure Development projects across India. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive business development and client acquisition. - Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers and vendors across India to ensure efficient procurement and vendor management. - Develop and direct Social Media Marketing strategies and campaigns for effective marketing and strategic planning. - Review and proofread business documents, proposals, and agreements for accuracy and professionalism to maintain high standards of documentation and coordination. - Conduct market research on pricing trends, competitors, and new business opportunities to support decision-making processes. **Key Skills & Competencies:** - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and research abilities - Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset - Attention to detail in documentation and reporting - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools **Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred. - 15 years of experience in business development, procurement, or vendor management (preferably in power, energy, or infrastructure sectors).
