Responsibilities

• Finalisation of accounts and preparation of financial statements.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of 

  TDS

   and 

  GST

   returns.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly 

  bank reconciliations

  .
• Maintain day-to-day accounting records in 

  Tally ERP

  .
• Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare various financial reports and summaries as required.
• Utilize 

  advanced Excel

   for data analysis, reporting, and reconciliations (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.).
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal financial policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field (B.Com/M.Com preferred).
• Minimum 

  2-3 years of relevant experience

   in finance and accounting.
• Proficiency in 

  Tally ERP

   and 

  Microsoft Excel

   (including advanced functions).
• Good understanding of 

  GST

  , 

  TDS

  , and other tax-related matters.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
