Responsibilities

• Handle 

  end-to-end recruitment

   for various roles across departments.
• Draft and post job descriptions on job portals and social media.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and manage communication
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases.
• Follow up with candidates and assist in offer roll-out.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and provide regular status updates.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with job portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
