Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Banquet Captain to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and a strong background in managing banquets and events.

Roles and Responsibility

Coordinate and manage all aspects of banquets, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment.
Develop and implement effective event concepts and themes to attract attendees.
Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and agreements.
Ensure excellent customer service and attention to detail.
Supervise and train staff members to achieve high levels of performance.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing banquets and events, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of event planning, coordination, and execution.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with event management software and technology.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
