Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Banquet Captain to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and a strong background in managing banquets and events.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of banquets, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment.
  • Develop and implement effective event concepts and themes to attract attendees.
  • Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and agreements.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and attention to detail.
  • Supervise and train staff members to achieve high levels of performance.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing banquets and events, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of event planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with event management software and technology.
