We are urgently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our dedicated team in Kolkata. 🎯 The Opportunity As a Back Office Executive, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, providing crucial administrative and coordination support to our sales and technical teams. This is a vital role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses exceptional organisational and communication skills. 📝 Key Responsibilities Documentation & Record Keeping: Manage and maintain accurate records of calibration/testing certificates, client files, and other official documents. Data Entry & Management: Efficiently handle data entry for client orders, invoicing, and service reports using the company's internal software/ERP systems. Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between the Sales Team, Technical Laboratory Staff, and clients for scheduling and delivery of services. Billing & Invoicing: Prepare and process accurate invoices, monitor outstanding payments, and follow up with clients on billing matters. Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing client inquiries, providing status updates, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Administrative Support: Assist management with general office administration tasks, inventory tracking of office supplies, and courier management. Excellent Communication: Fluency in English and Hindi/Bengali (or other regional languages) is a must. Clear and persuasive speaking skills are essential. Previous experience in tele calling, inside sales, or customer service is a plus, but motivated freshers are also encouraged to apply! ✅ Required Skills & Qualifications Education Minimum Graduate (Any Stream), Post Graduate. Experience 1-3 years of relevant experience in a A Back Office, Administration, or Data Entry role is preferred. Freshers with exceptional skills may also apply. Technical Skills Excellent proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), especially data handling and formula usage in Excel. Familiarity with basic ERP/accounting Software is a plus. Soft Skills Outstanding written and verbal skills communication skills (English and Bengali/Hindi), strong organisational abilities, attention to detail, and proactive attitude.
