Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries related to solar inverters via calls, email, or CRM systems
  • Provide first-level troubleshooting support for inverter installations and performance issues
  • Maintain accurate service logs, warranty claims, and documentation
  • Coordinate with field service engineers for on-site support
  • Guide customers on system settings, connectivity (Wi-Fi/GPRS), and monitoring platforms
  • Ensure timely resolution of complaints and continuous communication with customers
  • Provide feedback to R&D and Quality teams on product performance improvements
  • Educate installers and customers about product usage and safety compliance

Requirements

  • Any Graduate
  • Freshers can pply
  • Basic knowledge of Computer and excel
  • good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
