Back Office Executive

Position: Back Office Executive

Location: Lucknow

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate Excel sheets and registers for students participating in various activities, including tracking participation details, fees, and enrollment status.
Manage and update internal records related to Pickleball, Badminton, and other sports activities.
Maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing their queries politely and efficiently.
Attend to walk-in customers, explain services, and assist them with participation in activities or programs.
Provide timely solutions to customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
Generate regular reports and maintain proper documentation as required.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Sports enthusiast with interest in Pickleball and Badminton preferred.
Ability to multitask and handle customer interactions professionally.
